Fulton DA Paul Howard is running for re-election in a runoff and presenting his case to the press rather than a court of law. It’s disgusting behavior. He is sacrificing the career and possibly the life of a police officer for political gain. Without consulting the GBI, which had not completed its investigation, he scheduled a press conference and announced charges. His hope – obviously – is to inflame enough black voters to tip the election in his favor
