The Washington Post has just published a book by its so-called “Fact Checker” staff titled “Donald Trump and His Assault on Truth: The President’s Falsehoods, Misleading Claims and Flat-Out Lies.” The Post claims that this book documents 16,000 “exaggerations,” “misstatements,” and “bald-faced lies” by Donald Trump. However, actual facts prove that the Post’s “fact checks” of Trump and virtually every major policy issue are often dead wrong.
Just Facts has documented in detail how the Post’s “Fact Checkers” routinely use strawmen, half-truths, outright falsehoods, and opinions dressed up as facts that slander President Trump, turn people against one another, and mislead them to believe the polar opposite of reality about a wide range of issues, including many with life-or-death consequences.
